Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global Inc. is seeking Electric Assemblers to join their Monticello, IN production team. This hands-on role requires reading blueprints, verifying dimensions with measuring tools, and ensuring safe electrical assembly practices.

You will collaborate with teammates, report progress, and maintain quality by aligning work with schematics and documentation. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in electrical assembly and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in electrical assembly or electrician-related work.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics and translate them into accurate assembly steps.
• Proficiency with measuring tools used during electrical assembly and verification.
• Demonstrated understanding of electricity and how it applies to assembly work.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communications in a team environment.

Our client is seeking Electric Assemblers to join their team. As a Electric Assemblers, you will be part of the production team supporting hands-on assembly work. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, communications, and understanding of electricity, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Assemble electrical components by reading and following blueprints and schematics.
