Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center in Arizona is seeking a physician for a strict elective OR-focused program. The role combines most days in the operating room with occasional clinic days, featuring dedicated OR blocks and robotic capabilities as needed.

A $50,000 starting bonus is offered, along with a $71 per RVU incentive, with RVUs paid quarterly. The program is expected to grow next year with the opening of a new Specialty Hospital, supported by three APPs and ongoing surgical collaboration.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Residency in the relevant specialty completed.
• Board Certification/Eligibility (BC/BE).
• Current Arizona medical license or eligibility.
• Fellowship in trauma, joints, or sports medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• No on-call requirements; strictly elective program.
• Primarily OR with some clinic days; dedicated OR blocks.
• Robot-assisted cases available for needed procedures.
• Supporting team includes 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• Participation in program expansion with a new Specialty Hospital next year.

Education

Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy

Residency completed in area of specialty

BC/BE

Arizona medical license

Fellowship in trauma, joints, or sports medicine preferred
