Description

Role Mission: IDEA Electives co-teachers support the instruction of students in grades K-5 in various subjects, including Fine Arts, Health, and Technology Applications. They ensure students master academic and social skills necessary for college, embody IDEA’s values, collaborate with lead teachers, create a positive learning environment, deliver rigorous instruction, assess mastery, analyze data, and seek excellence.

Compensation

• Hourly rate between $16.00 and $22.50, based on experience
• Paid out over a 12-month period
