A civic engagement initiative is seeking an MBA fellow for a 5-month position within the Election Support Corps. The role involves supporting election officials in various areas, including communications, operational planning, volunteer coordination, and disinformation tracking. To support the fragmented infrastructure of county, city, and state-level election administrators, Leadership Now is forming a team of current and alumni MBAs to provide essential support.
Alongside election experts and efforts like the National Vote at Home Institute, the Election Support Corps are focused on initial hot spots - Michigan, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. Utilizing a business mindset and strategic approach, the team will offer direct operational support to election officials in order to plan for the complexities of this election cycle. The team will also direct volunteers and offers of corporate donations to a broader set of states, focusing on the highest impact use of time and donations. Workstreams include the following:
We are looking for a current or post MBA fellow to fill this 5 month position. Fellows will have the opportunity to engage in other projects across the Leadership Now Project portfolio as well.
