Job summary

ABB in Mebane, NC is seeking a shift leader to drive production line performance and prioritization on site. You will support staffing changes and coordinate shift orders, ensuring on‑time delivery and efficient operations across multiple lines.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing, strong knowledge of 5S, PPE, crane or forklift operations, and basic math. English communication is required. This role reports to production supervision and requires legal work authorization in the U.S.
