Job summary

ABB in Mebane, NC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead assembly operations, interpret diagrams, and oversee quality on the shop floor. The role requires hands-on work with tools and machinery and a focus on safety and process discipline.

You will supervise daily production activities, ensure adherence to SOPs, and drive efficiency while maintaining a clean, organized workspace in ABB’s Distribution Solutions environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge and use of tools – tape measure, calipers, grinders, or other hand tools, as needed.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40lbs.
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
