ABB is seeking a shift leader for the Integrated Production Unit in Mebane, NC. The role focuses on staffing, line performance feedback, and coordinating resources across production lines during shifts.

You will act as a shift leader to foster collaboration, resolve technical and quality issues, and address logistical challenges in real time. A manufacturing background and ability to lift up to 40 lbs are required.

• Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs and use a ladder when needed.
