Description

The Field Executive Sales Manager (FESM) is responsible for retail sales delivery and building relationships with direct pay teams by managing, educating, and developing POS managers and teams. The FESM's territory includes FSS, partner locations, and/or specialty multi-channels. They will spend about 60% of their time in-store engaging with teams and consumers to drive client acquisition, engagement, conversion, and execute seasonal plans. They will assess team performance, provide feedback, and partner with Education to meet sales and service objectives. The FESM should role model behaviors, create local plans, and capture consumer insights to develop action plans. They will also drive client acquisition through outreach, social influence, visual merchandising oversight, and relationship building. Entrepreneurial insight is essential to develop creative sales solutions and support promotional activities.

Job Responsibilities
Retail Sales
  • Develop strategic plans by brand and retailer to drive growth, share, and exceed sales goals. Conduct store visits and one-on-ones focusing on sales and productivity. Achieve sales targets through influencing teams, delivering excellent customer service, and leveraging social media to enhance engagement.
Coaching/Training/Education
  • Provide effective sales coaching on product knowledge, service, artistry, and leadership skills. Analyze team performance, identify top performers, and coach for improvement. Ensure staff are well-versed in brand messaging and conduct in-store training. Support talent recruitment, onboarding, and development, maximizing staff productivity and safety.
Building Relationships
  • Create and maintain strategic partnerships aligned with brand and retailer strategies. Develop relationships with district managers, department heads, and cross-functional partners.
Events / Calendar Execution
  • Develop and execute in-store events, negotiate event spaces, and coordinate activities to maximize foot traffic and engagement. Establish external networking opportunities to enhance store visits.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Analyze business metrics, set sales goals, and proactively address obstacles. Use consumer insights for regional opportunities. Collaborate with centers of excellence for reporting, marketing, education, and HR. Manage inventory issues, provide feedback on local market trends, and ensure HR records are updated. Approve expense reports.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years managing retail POS in luxury or beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales, product knowledge, and retail operations.
  • Ability to recruit, coach, and develop staff.
  • Deep market and trend knowledge.
  • Proficiency in social media, digital engagement, and Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift at least 30 lbs. and be on the sales floor.
  • Valid driver’s license for fleet vehicle operation.
Pay Range

The estimated hourly range is $92,800.00 to $139,200.00, depending on experience and location. Position includes a competitive bonus program and benefits such as health insurance, wellness programs, retirement plans, paid leave, and more.
