Job summary

Maania Consultancy Services is seeking an ElasticSearch Engineer with TS/SCI CI Poly for our Chantilly, VA client. The role focuses on designing, deploying, and securing Elastic Stack-based solutions within a classified environment.

The candidate will maintain system infrastructure, document procedures, and work with Agile tools to ensure robust log data integrity and secure operations in a high-assurance setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Experience as a software developer, integrator, administrator, or similar technical role.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying solutions using the Elastic stack, including Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and Beats.
• Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph.
• SEC+ certification or DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, or ability to attain within 60 days of start.
• Experience with Elastic stack security features, such as client authentication, SSL/TLS configuration, and role-based document filtering.
• Strong documentation skills with ability to develop troubleshooting guides, SOPs, diagrams, etc.
• Highly autonomous, self-directed, and proactive for maintaining system infrastructure and log data integrity.
• Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira / Confluence.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline
• Experience as a software developer, integrator, administrator, or similar technical role
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying solutions using the Elastic stack, including Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and Beats.
• Active Top Secret clearance
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CI (Counterintelligence) polygraph
• SEC+ certification or DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, or ability to attain certification within 60 days of start
• Experience with Elastic stack security features, such as client authentication, SSL/TLS configuration, and role-based document filtering
• Strong documentation skills with a proven ability to develop troubleshooting guides, standard operating procedures, architecture diagrams, etc.
• Highly autonomous, self-directed, and proactive when it comes to maintaining system infrastructure and log data integrity
• Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira / Confluence etc.
