Job summary

Schoolforce Solutions Inc is seeking two talented English Language Arts teachers for grades 6 and 8 in Zebulon, North Carolina. The schedule runs 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, with a data-driven intervention block.

You’ll deliver aligned lessons, monitor progress, collaborate with staff, and participate in conferences and school initiatives. North Carolina licensure and a bachelor’s or master’s in education are required; background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education from an accredited program.
• North Carolina Professional Educator’s License (NCDPI) required.
• Experience teaching in a classroom setting preferred.
• Background Check required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
• Provide instruction in whole group, small group, and individualized settings.
• Adapt lessons to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Assess and monitor student progress using data-driven decisions.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, staff to support student success.
• Participate in parent-teacher conferences and staff meetings.
• Maintain records in line with NCDPI guidelines.
• Implement classroom management to maintain a structured environment.
