Premier High School Cleveland seeks an experienced, inspiring, and collaborative educator to join our faculty as a High School English Language Arts (ELA) Lead Teacher in Ohio.

The role blends classroom instruction with data-driven growth, curriculum alignment to Ohio standards, and collaboration with lead teachers and administration to support grades 9–12. Candidates must hold a valid Ohio Secondary Education license and a Bachelor's in English or Secondary Education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English or Secondary Education.
• Ohio Professional Educator License for Secondary Education (Grades 7–12) with Integrated Language Arts endorsement.
• Must pass Ohio BCI and FBI criminal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rigorous ELA instruction aligned with Ohio standards and growth goals.
• Collaborate with lead teachers and campus leadership through observations and planning.
• Analyze OST data to drive targeted reading and writing interventions for grades 9–12.
• Administer and monitor diagnostic tests and communicate progress to parents.
• Maintain an engaging, well-managed classroom that supports academic excellence.
