Job summary

Catapult Learning, a division of FullBloom, seeks a part-time Small Group Teacher in Dayton, OH to support K‑8 students in ELA. 20 hours per week with potential full‑time hours. Pay rate is $28‑$30 per hour, depending on experience and education.

You will diagnose skill deficits, collaborate with school staff, communicate with parents, and implement company‑approved instruction. Catapult Learning offers professional development and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio teaching license or non-tax certificate as required by contract.
• Belief that all children can learn.
• Ability to navigate online platforms for record keeping and communication.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose learning skill deficits and deliver prescribed instructional methods.
• Consult with school personnel to coordinate services for students.
• Communicate progress with parents.
• Deliver prescribed instructional methods per Company guidance.
• Attend training and implement designated instructional models in readiness, reading, math, and/or writing.
• Develop and maintain lesson plans tailored to individual skills.
• Supervise students and ensure safe transitions to sessions.
• Maintain student forms and files as required by agencies.
• Attend and document meetings with Supervisors, teachers, principals, and parents.
• Maintain inventory of educational materials and supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
