Job summary

Catapult Learning is seeking a part-time Reading and Math Small Group Instructor in Dayton, OH. You will provide instructional support to K-8 students in a small group setting, focusing on ELA, with full-time hours available and $28-$30 per hour.

Responsibilities include diagnosing skill deficits, coordinating with school staff, communicating progress to parents, and delivering instruction using company materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Valid Ohio teaching license or non-tax certificate as required by contract; background in ELA.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose learning skill deficits and deliver prescribed instructional methods.
• Consult with school personnel to coordinate services for students.
• Communicate with parents providing information on student progress.
• Deliver prescribed instructional methods as determined by the Company.
• Attend training and deliver instructional models in readiness, reading, math, and/or writing skills.
• Develop and maintain individualized lesson plans.
