Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Valid Texas teacher certification or out-of-state equivalent is mandatory.
• Experience in coaching and training teachers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support campus staff in instructional practices in English Language Arts.
• Facilitate development of innovative instructional experiences.
• Provide on-site training and professional development.

Skills

Knowledge of interdisciplinary curriculum development

Knowledge of balanced literacy routines

Ability to train and support teachers

Deep knowledge of elementary literacy

Education

Bachelor's degree in related field
