Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education from an accredited college or university required.
• Valid NE Teaching Certificate or ability to obtain with ESL endorsement(s).
• Demonstrates belief that all students can learn and will learn.
• Excellent attendance
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Knowledge of EL instruction, literacy aligned to Science of Reading, and culturally responsive teaching.
• Positive interpersonal skills and professional conduct.
• Evidence of successful classroom teaching or student teaching experience.
• Willingness to comply with ethical/professional standards set by the State Board.
