Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of pool area and surrounding spaces
• Set up and organize pool furniture and supplies daily
• Enforce pool rules and respond to safety concerns
• Assist with opening and closing pool operations
• Report maintenance issues
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent; post-high school preferred
• At least 1 year in a hotel/restaurant service role
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Physical ability to perform tasks
• Experience at pools, beaches, or fitness centers is a plus

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and operate equipment
• Flexible with hours and shifts
• Ability to exceed guest and team expectations
