Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, blended coffee, and tea, customizing orders as requested.
• Describe product details to customers.
• Receive and process customer payments.
• Serve prepared foods and baked goods such as sandwiches, biscotti, muffins, or bagels.
• Ensure customer service stations are stocked with necessary supplies.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of service and seating areas.
• Check and maintain proper functioning of freezers, refrigerators, and heating equipment.
• Stock supplies and retail products; manage inventory and receive deliveries as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of High School education preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista preferred.
• Food safety certification is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
• Ability to exceed guest and team expectations.
• Knowledge of local alcohol serving practices and standards.
• Understanding of federal, state, and local health and sanitation laws and regulations.
