IES Residential is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to join our team in El Paso, TX. This role supports daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and timely delivery of materials.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Minimum Education: None; Minimum Years of Experience: 0-2.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; bilingual a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform material pickup and delivery safely and on time.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
• Maintain proper handling, storage, and organization of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control.
• Follow company policies related to safe driving and material handling.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet goals.
