Qualifications

• Two or more years’ experience working in a retail environment.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank and corporate meetings; valid vehicle insurance.
• Previous leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage employees and enforce policies and procedures.
• Ensure hours of operation are covered; recruit to hire and retain employees.
• Monitor inventory levels; coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Maintain store cleanliness and overall appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service and set a friendly tone.
• Handle store financials and budgeting tasks.
• Collaborate with District Manager and other Store Managers to share best practices.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff and provide ongoing development.
