Job summary

NuvemRx seeks a bilingual Pharmacy Manager to lead operations at our El Paso location, delivering compassionate patient care with a strong emphasis on compliance and team leadership.

You will oversee daily pharmacy activities, clinical collaboration with health center staff, immunizations, and client relationships while maintaining high standards of accuracy and service in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing with current licensure or eligibility to obtain it.
• Demonstrated ability to manage pharmacy operations independently with a focus on patient care and compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients, providers, and clinical staff at all levels.
• Comfortable operating in an independent, community-focused setting with ownership and accountability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical resource and trusted partner to health center providers, offering drug therapy consultation and patient education.
• Counsel patients on medications, adherence, chronic disease management, and preventive care.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and population health initiatives.
• Administer immunizations as applicable.
• Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations including workflow, inventory, safety, and QA.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Fraud, Waste & Abuse, and pharmacy practice standards.
• Hire, onboard, and manage pharmacy staff and foster a culture of care.
• Build and maintain a strong partnership with the health center client and opportunities to expand services.
