Job summary

NuvemRx is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for our El Paso, Texas site to lead patient care, clinical partnerships, and daily pharmacy operations. This on-site role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and compassionate service within a community health setting.

The ideal candidate is a licensed PharmD or BS Pharmacy with strong leadership, communication, and a patient-first mindset, plus experience in a community or health center pharmacy environment. Immunization credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist (PharmD or BS Pharmacy) in good standing or eligible to obtain licensure in TX/FL.
• 5+ years of pharmacist experience; 3+ years in management or leadership role.
• Immunization certification preferred.
• Familiarity with 340B programs is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and clinical partnership with health center providers, including medication education and outreach.
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, inventory, safety, and compliance with HIPAA and regulations.
• Lead and develop pharmacy staff, hire and onboard technicians, and coach for growth.
• Build strong client relationships with the health center and identify expansion opportunities for services.
