You will restock supplies, assist with bi-weekly and monthly data, respond to stat orders, and provide weekend and holiday coverage.

Education: high school diploma required; medical training preferred. Licensure: BLS Health Care Provider.

Qualifications

• Six months patient care experience in a hospital.
• Six months experience performing EKGs (preferred).
• High School Diploma required; medical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot EKG lab equipment.
• Prepare patients and apply holter monitors.
• Restock supplies and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Assist with compiling bi-weekly and monthly data.
• Respond to stat orders.
• Perform routine EKGs and related tests (with/without magnet).
• Provide weekend and holiday coverage.
• Handle clerical processing of EKGs.
