Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health seeks an EKG Technician to perform EKG tests across hospital units as ordered by physicians. You will respond to STAT and CODE calls and monitor tracings for urgent irregularities requiring immediate attention.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a year of EEG training, at least six months EEG/EKG experience, and strong communication and computer skills (MS Office/Google Suite). This role supports patient care in a busy clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of specialized training in EEG or equivalent experience.
• Minimum six months experience in EEG/EKG.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
