Job summary

PIH Health Hospital in Los Angeles is seeking an EKG Technician to autonomously perform non-invasive cardiology procedures for a diverse patient group, in accordance with policies and procedures.

The role requires completing an EKG Technician program or having one year in an acute care setting, along with arrhythmia detection knowledge, BLS, and a LA City Fire Card within six months of employment.

Job description

Responsible for independently performing all non-invasive cardiology procedures for a group of patients based on policies and procedures. The EKG Technician conducts non-invasive electrodiagnostic examinations on inpatients and outpatients using electrocardiographic equipment.
