ACCEL Schools is hiring a highly qualified EK/Kindergarten Teacher at Hinckley Preparatory Academy in Hinckley, Ohio, dedicated to providing a superior education for all students for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. We seek passionate teachers committed to bringing the curriculum to life and creating a positive classroom environment that emphasizes student learning and social-emotional development.

Hinckley Preparatory Academy, founded in Fall 2023, is a new public charter school for EK-5 students combining academic excellence with athletic training. The school offers a full day of core academics, fitness, and extracurricular activities. It is part of ACCEL Schools, serving K-12 students across the U.S. since 2014.

About the Opportunity:

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans, adapting as needed throughout the year
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
• Maintain accurate records of student progress
• Use research-based best practices in teaching
• Manage classroom behavior

• Utilize curricula reflecting students' diverse backgrounds

About You:

• Current Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area
• Bachelor's degree in education or related field

• Experience supervising students in various settings
• Ability to pass background checks
• Experience in urban education environments
