HDR, Inc. in California seeks a Structural Engineer in Training to join our water-resources team in the Sacramento area. You will assist in design and rehabilitation of hydraulic structures, contribute to drawings, plans, and QA/QC processes.

You will perform site planning, health and safety plans, and coordinate with engineers and inspectors. A Civil/Structural degree and an EIT are required; experience with SAP2000, AutoCAD, RAM, ETABS is valued. HDR emphasizes ownership and inclusion.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• EIT certificate is required.
• Experience with structural design software is preferred.
• Familiarity with safety and quality processes is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in design and rehabilitation of hydraulic structures.
• Assist in preparing design drawings and reports.
• Support site walks, safety plans, and inspections.
• Contribute to inspections and structural assessments.
• Summarize inspection findings in written reports.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
