Pape-Dawson Engineers in San Antonio, TX is seeking an entry‑level EIT II to contribute to planning, analysis, design, and delivery of civil site development projects under a licensed PE. You will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and gain increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities include supporting residential site development, earthwork calculations, drainage, permits, and coordination with regulators.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited civil engineering degree required.
• EIT/EI certification required or actively pursuing.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant engineering experience.
• Proficiency with engineering software and drafting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support design and preparation of civil site development plans for residential projects, including grading, drainage, paving, and utilities.
• Perform site layout, earthwork calculations, and stormwater analyses.
• Assist with reports, exhibits, and documentation for zoning, entitlement, and permitting approvals.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to support permitting and compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
• Prepare calculations and design deliverables under the guidance of senior engineers.
