The organization specializes in delivering digital transformation solutions for P&C and Life insurance carriers, leveraging modern platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek and other emerging technologies.

With delivery centers in Hyderabad and headquarters in the United States, the company supports major clients across North America and Asia. The team works on end-to-end implementation projects, product modernization, and cloud-based platform services for global insurers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in enterprise EIS architecture.
• Extensive experience with Exigen Insurance Suite (Policy/ Billing/ Claims) and its integration.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Microservices, and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience in databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB) and data modelling.
• Proficiency in enterprise application integration, API management, and middleware solutions.
• Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, AWS DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and involve in architecture of complex software solutions using the Exigen Suite (EIS).
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Build best practices, troubleshoot complex software issues, and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Implement and customize EIS Suite including Policy, Billing, and Claims.
• Interact with client partners about business requirements, product designs, and implementation.
• Mentor and guide development teams to ensure adherence to best practices in solution design and architecture.
