Job summary

TC Energy is expanding its USGO Delhi team and seeks an Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls Technician. The role focuses on troubleshooting, maintaining, and operating natural gas compressor and meter stations, with extensive calibration and testing of meters, regulators, and PLC-based controls.

The position requires a self-starter with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Overtime, on-call duties, and travel to other locations may be necessary; safety and SWA/LOTO practices

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in gas processing or related industrial maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, electronic, and instrumentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, test, repair, and maintain compressor and meter stations and related facilities.
• Troubleshoot and calibrate measurement equipment, flow computers, meters, and regulators.
• Maintain PLCs, gas quality devices, and control systems; monitor and adjust process variables.
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical and electronic components; ensure safety standards and SWA/LOTO compliance.
• Coordinate with field personnel during maintenance to minimize customer impact and maintain records.
