Willamette Education Service District is accepting applications for a full-time (40 hours per week)EI.ECSE Specialist position.
This position requires aMaster’s Degree, or significant progress toward a Master's degree, from a four-year college or university, in Special Education or Early Intervention/Early Childhood Special Education or a combination of a bachelor’s degree and experience that would allow the individual to obtain authorization under the Oregon Department of Education EI.ECSE specialist authorization. Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices in early childhood education. Experience at preschool level for children with disabilities, birth to five years of age. Evaluation/assessment experience for children, birth to five years of age.
Successful candidate will work as a member of the Early Learning Department a nd will follow a 190-day calendar. This position will be based at the Willamette ESD Marion Center in Salem, OR and will begin August 21, 2026.
