Vertiv Corporation is seeking an EHS professional to lead local environmental, health, and safety programs at the Anderson facility. You will drive a culture of safety, manage risk-reduction initiatives, and ensure compliance with national, state, and local regulations.

The role involves promoting safety as a core value, coordinating required EHS training, maintaining safety records, and reporting KPIs. Some travel and after-hours work may be required to support audits and training.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing, construction, or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with OSHA and related safety regulations.
• Strong communication, written and spoken.
• Ability to evaluate, develop and assist in EHS trainings for employees.
• Experience maintaining safety records and compliance documentation.

Aufgaben

• Establish, maintain, and promote safety as a Vertiv core value and drive a positive safety culture.
• Identify and prioritize EHS initiatives in support of business needs.
• Coordinate with Learning and Development to develop required EHS training for employees.
• Maintain site safety records (SDS, JSA, Ergonomic Assessments).
• Maintain incident and injury records and logs per OSHA and Vertiv.
• Some travel may be required for training and cross-facility audits.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and hazard assessments.
• Support EHS leadership on facility risk, incidents, actions, programs and policies.
