Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s ES AMER ARS division seeks an EHS Production Technician for the Hodges, SC facility on a 3rd shift schedule. You’ll support environmental, health, and safety initiatives in a fast-paced electrical manufacturing setting, performing complex assembly while upholding Standard Work, safety rules, and customer specs.

The role focuses on promoting a culture of safety and regulatory compliance, conducting risk assessments, inspections, and training, and partnering with the Site EHS

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance provided; candidates within 50 miles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and advance EHS programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Maintain EHS documentation and training records.
• Coordinate EHS training for employees and contractors.
• Promote safety culture and continuous improvement across the site.
