Job summary

Enrichment Services Program, Inc. seeks an EHS Teacher to establish and implement a developmentally appropriate Head Start curriculum, ensuring safety and positive classroom management in daily activities.

The role involves recording observations, visiting families, and maintaining attendance and documentation per program policy. The ideal candidate holds a CDA/TCC or higher in ECE and has 1–3 years of relevant experience in early childhood education, with a strong emphasis on family engagement

Qualifications

• TCC and/or CDA required for EHS Teacher levels.
• Experience level 2: one to three years in ECE settings.
• Familiarity with Head Start Performance Standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a developmentally appropriate curriculum reflecting observations and assessments.
• Maintains safety and health rules of the location and supervises children at all times.
• Develops daily lesson plans and daily schedules, and maintains learning centers.

Education

Associates Degree in ECE or TCC/CDA

Bachelors Degree in ECE or TCC/CDA

Masters Degree in ECE or TCC/CDA
