Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with expected graduation winter 2026 or spring 2027.
• Demonstrated leadership in school, clubs, or industry activities.
• Willingness to relocate for the program and after program completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety programs.
• Provide EHS classroom education to associates and new hires.
• Identify safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Review capital projects and provide EHS input.
• Lead incident investigations.
• Conduct annual EHS standards self-audits and corrective actions.
• Environmental programs: regulatory requirements, reporting (air emissions, SPCC, storm water, etc.).
• Resource conservation: assess plant footprint and drive conservation programs.
