  • Ensures all safety documentation (JSAs, risk‑assessments, pre‑starts, permits, etc) is accurate, complete, and field‑ready.
  • Investigates incidents, near misses, and injuries – leading the analysis and ensuring corrective actions are implemented and verified.
  • Prepares and submits regulatory and internal reports in compliance with government, client, and company requirements.
  • Partners with operational leadership to hold teams accountable to EHS&T expectations while maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Escalates serious safety or compliance concerns promptly and takes immediate action to mitigate risk.
  • Represents the company during medical evaluations and return‑to‑work processes when required
  • Liaises directly with clients at safety meetings and in the field, reinforcing Boart Longyear’s commitment to safe, compliant operations.
  • Supports a strong safety culture by ensuring field activities align with company systems, procedures, and statutory requirements.

  • Travel extensively across multiple states and divisions to support ongoing operations.
  • Other duties as required.
