Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS in Dalton, GA is seeking an EHS Supervisor to support environmental and safety initiatives on-site. You will administer safety programs, track compliance, and coordinate training and audits to promote an accident-free workplace.

The role requires strong communication, flexibility to handle multiple tasks, and teamwork. Experience with MSDS and Microsoft Office is preferred. This is a hands-on, fast-paced environment at a manufacturing site.

Responsibilities

• Assist in on-site management and systems related to EHS introduction and operation.
• Assist in approval of safety work, pre-operation safety inspection, emergency response training, and internal audit.
• Assist in conducting safety committee meetings
• Trainings (regular, new, and special), MSDS management, improvement of work environment measurement, investigation of harmful effects of musculoskeletal diseases.
• Regularly provide EHS trainings and support to all employees.
• Follow up for workers compensation claims with employees and insurance
• Accurately record data and production information.
• Adhere to the Health & Safety procedures
• Establishes, develops, maintains and updates filing system
• Provide administrative support, including filing, updating bulletin boards, updating posters, etc.
• Adhere to the federal and local environmental safety and health policies.
• Adhere to the policies and procedures of Hanwha Q CELLS.
• Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management.
