GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Supervisor in Cedar Rapids, IA, 1st Shift, Monday through Friday. You will oversee the EHS team to ensure regulatory compliance and help achieve company objectives, while facilitating audits, trainings and program development.

Qualifications

2 years of related work experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide elevated support to the EHS team and ensure compliance with EHS regulations.
Maintain, coordinate and communicate EHS processes and procedures.
Review and ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
Conduct on-site audits of facility requirements for EHS programs.
Develop and communicate EHS programs and action plans as needed.
Lead safety meetings, training and continuing education.
