GXO Logistics, Inc. in Oklahoma is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Supervisor (1st shift) to lead the EHS function and ensure regulatory compliance across facilities.

You will oversee the EHS team, coordinate processes, conduct audits, and develop programs to drive safety and performance. The role requires 2 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in OH&S, and proficiency with MS Office and safety protocols; a rewarding benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scanner equipment.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
• CPR/AED certification is a plus.
• Strong time and project management skills; warehousing EHS experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated support to the EHS team, ensuring compliance with all EHS regulations.
• Maintain, coordinate and communicate EHS processes and procedures.
• Review and ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
• Conduct on-site audits related to EHS programs and initiatives.
• Develop and communicate EHS programs; create action plans as needed.
• Lead safety meetings, training and continuing education.
