Job summary

KPS Global, LLC is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day EHS activities in our Fort Worth area manufacturing facilities. You will drive safety programs, training, incident investigations and regulatory compliance to protect workers and the environment.

The role collaborates with operations to raise safety culture, manage ISO-related expectations, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local standards across locations including CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations and training delivery.
• Experience leading incident investigations and coaching teams.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day Environmental, Health & Safety activities in manufacturing settings.
• Develop, implement, and audit safety programs and policies (SMS).
• Oversee incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety training, audits, and regulatory compliance reporting.
• Partner with operations to improve safety culture and environmental performance.
