Job summary

Clark Pacific is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Supervisor to provide leadership to plant management, admin, and production teams, ensuring EHS regulatory and internal program compliance while fostering Clark Pacific's core values.

Based at the Woodland facility, you will conduct incident investigations, drive CAPAs, manage EHS data entry, coordinate annual emergency drills, and support all manufacturing areas with robust safety programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Environmental Health and Safety role as an individual contributor.
• Minimum of 2 years total general manufacturing industry and/or construction experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental, or related field or equivalent education and experience of minimum of 4 years is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute incident investigations, collecting evidence for root-cause analysis.
• Ensure EHS data entry is accurate and timely.
• Report to management on leading and lagging indicators and focus areas.
• Respond to business partner needs and emergencies, including after-hours availability.
• Lead and participate in comprehensive causal analysis and CAPA tracking.
• Coordinate with environmental group on chemical approvals and hazard assessments.
• Support all manufacturing areas for operational EHS needs and safety programs.
