Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Supervisor to oversee the EHS team, ensuring compliance with regulations and helping achieve company and customer objectives. The role is on 1st shift, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, in a growing distribution environment. You will lead audits, develop programs, conduct safety training and coordinate policies, with a minimum 2-year experience and a Bachelor’s in Occupational Health and Safety preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related work experience in EHS or a similar role.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scanner equipment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated support to the EHS team, ensuring compliance at the highest level.
• Maintain, coordinate and communicate EHS processes and procedures.
• Review and ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
• Conduct on-site facility audits related to EHS programs.
• Develop and communicate EHS programs and action plans.
• Lead safety meetings, training and continuing education.
