Job summary

Phlow Corp is seeking an EHS professional to support a safe and compliant manufacturing operation. You will partner with Operations and Engineering to manage EHS programs, identify risks, and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

The role involves auditing, regulatory compliance management, training delivery, incident investigations, and collaboration across site teams. A strong focus on safety and environmental stewardship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OH&S or related field required.
• 3–5 years experience in chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and sustain EHS programs, policies, and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct EHS audits, inspections, and facility assessments to verify effectiveness and drive corrective actions.
• Manage regulatory compliance for site operations through a compliance calendar.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering on EHS obligations and risk mitigation.
• Deliver and coordinate safety training for new hires, refreshers, and specialized programs.
• Coordinate incident response, investigation, and corrective actions.
• Review and approve work authorizations for contractor and maintenance work (LOTO, Confined Space, Hot Work).
• Conduct environmental and industrial hygiene monitoring and risk assessments for operations and maintenance tasks.
• Provide guidance on safety procedures and train employees in safe work practices.
