The role emphasizes compliance with regulatory standards and includes responsibilities like training staff, developing policies, and investigating incidents. The EHS Specialist II develops, implements and maintains programs and processes that will ensure a safe and environmentally responsible work environment and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements/company procedures, minimizes EHS related risks, and strives for EHS excellence.
