Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Corporate EHS Specialist to design, implement, maintain, and evaluate environmental, health, and safety programs across the organization. This role analyzes complex EHS data, manages hazard reduction initiatives, revises programs, and provides technical guidance to support regulatory compliance and continuous improvement of workplace safety.

Travel is up to 75% with field and site visits; a driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Management, Occupational Safety & Health, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
• 10+ years of industrial safety/environmental experience in EHS disciplines.
• Experience with EHS management systems, process mapping, database management, compliance programs, and risk management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate EHS program data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Manage existing EHS programs and recommend enhancements to reduce workplace hazards and risk exposure.
• Design and implement hazard abatement, risk management, and corrective action initiatives.
• Develop, revise, and maintain EHS manuals, policies, and procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and partner with training and operational teams to improve EHS knowledge and compliance.
