Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Senior Corporate EHS Specialist to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across the organization. You will analyze complex EHS data, manage hazard reduction initiatives, and provide technical guidance to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous safety improvement.

The role requires up to 75% travel, with potential company car and phone provision based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Management, Occupational Safety & Health, Industrial Hygiene, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of industrial experience in safety, environmental management, industrial hygiene, or related EHS disciplines.
• Experience with EHS management systems, process mapping, database management, compliance programs, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate EHS program data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Manage existing EHS programs and recommend enhancements to reduce hazards and risk exposure.
• Design and implement hazard abatement, risk management, and corrective action initiatives.
• Develop, revise, and maintain EHS manuals, policies, and procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and partner with training and operations teams to improve EHS knowledge and compliance.
