Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
• 5–7 years of EHS experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and EHS management systems (ISO 14001/45001).

Responsibilities

• Lead and sustain site-wide EHS programs aligned with corporate systems.
• Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and trend reporting.
• Support construction and contractor safety programs across capital projects.
• Act as EHS SME for project reviews, embedding safety in design, permitting, and execution.
• Monitor regulatory compliance (OSHA and environmental standards), conduct audits.
