Job summary

The Fountain Group is conducting a search for an EHS Specialist in Plymouth, MN. This 11-month assignment supports development, implementation, and maintenance of environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.

The role focuses on supporting EHS programs, inspections, incident investigations, training, and data reporting. Candidates should have a EHS-related bachelor’s degree and up to 2 years of experience, with strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS, Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience, internship, or co-op.
• Knowledge of workplace health, safety, and environmental practices.
• Ability to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to learn and apply OSHA, RPA, and company safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support development, implementation, and maintenance of EHS programs to help ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
• Support site EHS programs, policies and procedures.
• Assist with workplace inspections and corrective actions.
• Participate in incident investigations and tracking of corrective actions.
• Maintain EHS records, training documentation, SOPs, and forms.
• Support employee EHS training and compliance activities.
• Collect and report EHS metrics and data.
• Support audits, safety committees, and improvement projects.
