Job summary

Lucid Motors in Casa Grande, AZ, seeks an Environmental, Health, and Safety Specialist to support Body in White and Stamping teams. You will design and execute EHS programs, lead incident analysis, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires a BS/BA in a related field, ASP/CSP preferred, and at least 3 years in EHS within automotive or related industries. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

ASP/CSP certification preferred.
Knowledge of Local, State and Federal regulations.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day EHS operations.
Develop and improve EHS Management System elements for Body in White and Stamping.
Attend tier meetings and coach floor EHS engagement processes.
Maintain strong communication across manufacturing operations.
Lead health risk assessments and industrial hygiene monitoring activities.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations.
Lead incident analysis to identify root causes and corrective actions.
Design safe work spaces and implement protective policies.
Manage high-visibility projects with aggressive timelines.
Drive employee engagement in EHS initiatives.
