Veolia is seeking an EHS Specialist to lead the EHS program across our Odessa/Midland operations in Texas. You will implement, maintain, and improve OSHA/EPA compliance, health and safety programs, and site policies while providing hands-on EHS support to employees and customer sites.
You will develop training, lead incident investigations, and drive continuous improvement through risk assessment, audits, and teamwork with management. Travel to worksites is required.

What will you be doing?
The EHS Specialist will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes across the Odessa/Midland team. This position will implement, maintain, and improve all aspects of the company's EHS program - including site compliance, health and safety program development, and compliance with applicable OSHA, EPA, and state/local requirements - while providing hands-on EHS support to Veolia employees and customer-site activity.
This role requires sufficient experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and affect short-term and some long-term business goals. The EHS Specialist will champion a culture of EHS excellence by embedding a mindset of continuous improvement, proactive risk management, and employee empowerment.
