R&L Spring Company, a trusted and growing manufacturer in Lake Geneva, is seeking a hands-on, people-focused Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead and elevate our EHS program. What You’ll Do:

Champion a proactive safety culture in partnership with leadership and employees
Lead EHS strategy, compliance, and training efforts across the facility
Conduct inspections, audits, Gemba walks, and risk assessments to identify and address safety hazards
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop practical and sustainable safety improvements
Manage EHS documentation, compliance reporting, and workers’ compensation cases
Stay up to date with OSHA, EPA, and ANSI regulations and implement best practices

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related field
OSHA or similar EHS certification strongly preferred
3–5 years of experience in EHS leadership, ideally in a manufacturing environment
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Familiarity with safety data sheets, job hazard analysis, and PPE assessments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; workers’ compensation experience is a plus
